Product Description

Royal Mail Post & Go Faststamps

The original Machin-head Faststamps were issued at Bristol on 8 October 2008, with no philatelic announcement, first day cover, or other products from Royal Mail. The Machines in Post Office branches are provided by Wincor-Nixdorf.

In 2013 Royal Mail took the machines to a number of events around the country and overseas. At the York Stamp and Coin Fair in July 2013, the machines dispensed Machin and Flag stamps with a year code MA13 incorporated into the background for the first time (see below). The same stamps were in machine B001 at Spring Stampex 2014.

This is the Union Flag Collectors set of 6 values (1st, 1st Large, Europe 20g, Worldwide 10, 20 & 40g) from machine B002 or Jersey Post's J001 machine.
