Union Flag Faststamp - 1st class from Hytech machine"In the year of the Diamond Jubilee of HM Queen Elizabeth II and the XXX Olympiad and the XIV Paralympic Games, Royal Mail issued a Faststamp illustrated with the Union Flag, as first used in the Submarine Centenary miniature sheet issued in 2001. It was later reformatted and issued in definitive size for the Smilers® range in 2005 when it was also issued in a retail stamp book.
