Product Description
Great Britain postal history - set of three different counter date stamps from unnamed Post Office branch. When branches were relocated in the early 21st century, new counter date stamps were often necessary. These usually show the name of the branch, but for many that was all they showed, without naming the location.
Thus we have examples from HIGH STREET which we know was Bangor, Northern Ireland. The set of 3 consists of counter positions A B and C.
None of these was actually applied to the stamp, and all have additional ink-jet postmarks, two of which show Northern Ireland Mail Centre.
