Argentina: A photographic deckle-edged card of Plaza Congreso, Buenos Aires, used 1936.Very sharp detail including tramcars and motor vehicles including, at left, a street-washing vehicle spraying water.
The area at the top of the square has been sprayed, but the centre of the plaza, in the foreground, has not.

Postally used wtih 10c red Interamerican Consolidation stamp, postmarked 7 DIC 36.
