18 December 2001 - Cartoons Greetings Stamps Smilers SheetRoyal Mail entered the world of Personalised Stamps in 2000 at this international stamp exhibition, with the first of what was to be a long series of Smilers Stamps.
A week before Christmas 2001 another surprise sheet utilised the cartoons stamps first issued in booklet form in 1996. Unlike the booklet stamps these have no elliptical perforations.
The sheets were again printed by Questa but in lithography perforation 14½ x 14.
As well as just one sheet we have three singles (numbers 7 8 & 10) for use as examples at a much discounted price.
