22 May 2000 - The Stamp Show 2000 Smilers SheetRoyal Mail entered the world of Personalised Stamps in 2000 at this international stamp exhibition, with the first of what was to be a long series of Smilers Stamps.
The stamps are the ones originally issued 20p Greetings stamps in 1990, and as 1st class stamps in 1991.
These sheets were printed by Questa in gravure.
