19 December 2003 - England Winners Rugby Union World Cup, MS2416The success of the England Rugby Team in winning Rugby's World Cup competition in Australia on 22 November 2003 has been commemmorated by Royal Mail on 19 December with the production of a miniature sheet of four stamps shown here.
The miniature sheet contains 2 x 1st class inland letter rate stamps and 2 x 68p stamps which pay the 20gr airmail rate outside Europe.
