Although sent from Hong Kong to Chelmsford, England this is probably be a Japanese card.There is no (English) caption, and the reverse has UPU Carte Postale inscription in French with Japanese below stamp.
Postally used with KE7 4c red stamp (damaged) postmarked Victoria Hong Kong 31 OC 08 - no message or arrival mark.
Condition: good, small stain lower left front.
