Dahomey was renamed The People's Republic of Benin on 30 November 1975. Stamps were variously overprinted and overprinted and surcharged, some with the full name, some with just 'DU BENIN' and some with 'BENIN'.This cover includes a Benin coat of arms definitive - 150fr SG 1313, 200fr commemorative (SG1346), and a 5fr / 100fr surcharge on Dahomey 1971 stamp. We don;t think this is catalogued by Gibbons.
