19 September 2013For the first time Royal Mail issued a mixed self-adhesive booklet of 6 stamps which included special stamps from two different stamp issues. In addition to the RMS Britannia stamp (also issued as part of the Merchant Navy set of 6 on the same day) the booklet contains the Morris Minor Postvan from the British Auto Legends miniature sheet.
This is an official Merchant Navy first day cover with the RMS Britannia stamp cancelled with the Stampex Merchant Navy London N1 pictorial postmark.
