4 November 2003 - Ice Sculptures 1st class Smilers SheetRoyal Mail entered the world of Personalised Stamps in 2000 at this international stamp exhibition, with the first of what was to be a long series of Smilers Stamps.
This sheet uses 20 of the year's 1st class Christmas stamps in one sheet.
The self-adhesive sheets were printed by De La Rue in lithography.
The original stamps were printed in gravure by De La Rue.
The labels depict a series of 10 animals in snow scenes. The two sides show the labels in a different order.
