14 December 2017 - Star Wars prestige stamp bookFollowing the issue of 12 stamps and a miniature sheet of Star Wars-related stamps issued in October 2017, Royal Mail issued a Prestige Stamp Book to coincide with the release of another new film in the franchise. As well as all the October stamps the book contains a page of 8 Machin definitive stamps.
These are 2 x 2nd class, 4 x 1st class and 2 x £1.40 with year code M17L. The 1st class stamp is in the original light colour (referred to by Stanley Gibbons (SG) as vermillion and by us as 'red'), depite the colour change in 2016 to deep scarlet or bright scarlet (Gibbons).
This Star Wars Royal Mail fdc has one of each of the new stamps cancelled with the WOOKEY, WELLS, first day of issue postmark.
