17 May 2007 - New Wembley Stadium MS Norvic first day cover limited edition of 24When the Twin Towers of the old Wembley Stadium were demolished, it was the end of an era. Now the twin towers have been replaced by the Wembley Arch, shown on the miniature sheet.
The sheet includes a 1st class Lion and shield stamp based on the one issued in 2002 for the Football World Cup, and two 2nd class and two 78p England country stamps.
The limited edition Norvic fdc is illustrated with the outside of the stadium showing the arch and cancelled with a Wembley postmark showing a stylised arch over a football.
