Union Flag Faststamp - Collectors set from Wincor-Nixdorf machine.Version MA13 of the Flag stamps finally reached a Post Office kiosk in November 2013 at Tudor Street/Ludgate Circus as we reported here. Although first available on 19 November the stamp was not available continuously due to machine break-down and stock depletion. A photocopy of the 22/11/2013 receipt can be provided.
