4 November 2008 - Christmas Pantomime Smilers Sheet.Royal Mail entered the world of Personalised Stamps in 2000 at this international stamp exhibition, with the first of what was to be a long series of Smilers Stamps.
This sheet uses the stamps from the year's Christmas set, 8 each of the 2nd class and 1st class and 4 of the 81p airmail stamp.
The sheets were printed in lithography by ISP Cartor.
The counter sheet stamps were printed in gravure by De La Rue.
