This took place at Farnborough in British Army Aircraft One. It is also the 60th anniversary of the Farnborough International Air Show.
To mark the centenary Royal Mail have produced a Smilers Generic Sheet 100 Years of Aviation containing 20 x 1st class Red Arrows stamps from the Air Displays set, with a range of labels from Samuel Cody, through the Bristol Bulldog, Cierva autogyro, English Electirc Lightning, Sikorsky R-4, Airbus A380, Eurofighter Typhoon, and Supermarine Spitfire.
This stamp is litho printed by Cartor, whereas the set is printed in gravure by De La Rue so this is a totally different stamp.
