10 x 1st class barcoded stamps.

Following a successful national trial Royal Mail added unique barcodes to all regular ‘everyday’ Definitive and Christmas stamps. Each barcoded stamp has a digital twin and the two are connected by the Royal Mail App. The unique barcodes facilitate operational efficiencies, enable the introduction of added security features and pave the way for innovative services for our customers.

The barcodes match the stamp colour and sit alongside the main body of the stamp, separated by a simulated perforation line. The new barcode is an integral part of the stamp and must remain intact for the stamp to be valid. 

All earlier stamps were invalidated and exchanged for these.  These are genuine received from that scheme - see pictures of two of the letters, more available if needed.

Stamps may show just the head of Queen Elizabeth II or King Charles III: both are valid.
