Stampex Autumn 2003 souvenir sheet
Business Customised Sheets are similar to Smilers Sheets but are designed for use by businesses and charities who are able to have content on the labels varying for every stamp, and a bespoke illustration and caption surrounding the stamps.
Most of the production has been associated with Football Clubs, Popular television and film characters, and with FDC and souvenir covers who have used these where no special stamp is available for the anniversary they want to commemorate with a special cover and postmark which compliments the stamp.
This sheet was commissioned by the Philatelic Traders Society (PTS) the trade organisation for Stamp Dealers in the United Kingdom and elsewhere. The PTS organises Stampex twice a year in London.
The sheet is printed in litho by Walsall and the stamps are perf 14½ x14.
