The USPS issued only two 39c stamps for this issue, The Very Hungry Caterpillar and Maisy. Unlike the British stamp, US stamp Caterpillar did not have holes in.
This cover was processed in the USA with both the US and British postmarks hand-applied.
Limited edition - only 20 done with this postmark.
