A selection of National Bank acknowledgenent cards sent between branches. All these addressed to Castlecomer. All these have ½d King George V stamp - various shades. All the same price although some some probably less common!Most are pictured here, but for some there are similar unpictured examples.
A. ATHY 22m single-ring handstamp 14 July 1917. Almost complete impression.
B. CARLOW 27mm double-ring handstamp with solid bar 15 October 1917 (+ one other) Almost complete impression but off the edge.
C. (not pictured) CARLOW 25mm double-ring handstamp with two bars (Scottish type) 29 May 1915. Good impression.
D. MALLOW 24mm double-ring handstamp 12 April 1915. Almost complete impression.
E. RATHMINES D.O. DUBLIN 29mm double-ring handstamp (no bars) 12 March 1915, good strong impression (+ others, not so clear)
F. THURLES 24mm single-rin handstamp 11 Aug 1916 (not preprinted card) Incomplete impression
G. WATERFORD 24mm double-ring handstamp 25 September 1915 incomplete impression
