The 150th Anniversary of the National Portrait Gallery is commemorated by a block of 10 x 1st class stamps showing paintings and other works of art in the gallery collection. This Norvic Philatelics first day cover is illustrated with a specially commissioned watercolour of the Gallery entrance.
