Chamberlain Square is a small public square in central Birmingham, just off the larger and grander Victoria Square. The square is named after Joseph Chamberlain, a former Birmingham mayor and MP.
The square's main features include Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, the Chamberlain Memorial (a listed monument esigned by John Henry Chamberlain) and it has statues of Joseph Priestley, James Watt and Thomas Attwood. The square's step (from the Central Library side) forms an amphitheatre and often holds public events such as the city's Christmas markets.
