SG 2129-32 Milennium Fire and Light set in pairs - February 2000Originally scheduled for issue on 8 February 2000 the date was changed to 1 February in time for the information on sheets to be overprinted so that Post Offices did not delay the issue.
But apparently not all sheets were overprinted. A set of 5 pairs, showing each of the four values plus a 19p pair with out the overprint.
Stamps show a Milennium Beacon, Welsh Highland Railway, Lightning, and 'multicoloured street lighting'.
