20180523 Walsall definitive reprints first day cover

When Walsall (ISP) took over the contract to print counter sheet definitive stamps from De La Rue some of the reprints had a 'first day of availability' from Royal Mail.  The first of these was issued on 23 May 2018 and we produced fdcs containing these six stamps, which were the first Walsall reprints (others followed at intervals with no official first day of availability).
