The machines were also taken to the 84th Scottish Congress at Perth in April 2013.
When the service indicator, etc, is printed on the blank stamp, the inscription

This is a Royal Mail Post & Go fdc with both Machin and Union Flag stamps from machine A4 cancelled with the ASPS 84th Annual Congress Perth special postmark of 19 April 2013 showing a Panda
