The Classic Locomotives of the United Kingdom prestige stamp book contains a pane of Machin definitive stamps - 4 @ 5p and 4 @ 2p with source code MPIL and year code M13L.  The stamps were printed by Enschede. 

The stamps are on the Classic Locos of the UK official fdc with the Bethesda, Gwynedd pictorial  postmark.  

Two versions available: as the value of the Machins is only 7p, an additional stamp is required.
- 1st class England stamp on covers with central label from PSB pane
- 60p England stamp on covers with no central label from the PSB pane.
